What this site collects
The enquiry form on this site asks for four things: your name, your mobile number, your current property type, and what you are considering. Nothing else is requested, and none of it is required for you to read the site.
Why it is collected
The details are used to understand your situation before replying, and to prepare a useful answer rather than a generic one. Your property type and intent give context; your mobile number is the means of reply.
How you may be contacted
After you submit the form, Mandy or a member of her team may contact you by WhatsApp, phone call or SMS using the mobile number you provided, to follow up on your enquiry. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time and the request will be honoured.
Sharing
Your details are not sold to third parties. They may be handled by the service providers used to run this site and to send messages, and disclosed where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data held about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, or to have it deleted. Write to mandyng.property@gmail.com and the request will be actioned within a reasonable time.
